We are seeking a Yarn and Fabric Sales Merchandiser to join our team. This role requires gaining in-depth product knowledge, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth order completion and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our yarn and fabric products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice.
- Process and manage production orders to completion and shipping.
- Handle customer payments and ensure proper contract execution.
- Monitor production quality and report status to management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Sales experience, preferably in the textile industry.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
- English language ability. Chinese also very helpful.
