Workshop Supervisor

1- Maintenance: Plan repairs, maintenance,,,; early detection of abnormalities and countermeasures.

2- Understanding of AUTO CAD, MACHINE SPEC Improve equipment to minimize production downtime and reduce waste products. Support the implementation and installation of systems in the factory.

3- Development: Design, process and install new machines.

4- Perform other tasks as required by the Department Head and Department Director.

5 - Read technical drawings fluently

- Male, under 35 years old

- University graduate, major in electromechanics, machine manufacturing.

- At least 3 years of experience with machines and equipment in manufacturing plants

- Experience in machine maintenance and repair

- Knowledge of machine installation and setup

- Able to read and understand technical documents

- Knowledge of operating machine tools (lathe, milling, drilling ...)

- At least 2 years of management experience (4M)

- Willing to work on holidays and travel domestically and internationally

- Priority is given to candidates who can communicate in English or Japanese

- Mechanical engineering: can read machine drawings and use Auto-Cad proficiently.

- Electrical: Understand electrical symbols, sequence programs, read high and low voltage drawings
