About Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Responsibilities

• Financial performance analysis in support of performance review.

• Partner with the business in establishing both short and long term business plans/ budgets for the business, and shape the development and execution of business strategy.

• Drive business strategic cost management agenda ensuring cost targets are achieved and appropriate level of rigor is applied to achieve sustainable cost save targets.

• Tracking reports on KPI performance. Highlight key business opportunities and risks and recommend both tactical and strategic agendas and trade-offs to achieve overall financial and business objectives.

• Provide key financial and non-financial information to business to support execution and achievement of GWB strategy.

• Provide oversight of internal process and procedure with financial implications e.g. transfer pricing, behaviouralisation, liquidity premium, attributable and allocated costs, referral mechanisms.

• Successful delivery of budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Closely working with the local Finance team and Finance teams in the group.

• Ad-hoc projects and other related activities as required.

Requirements

• Commercially focused, with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills

• Strong business performance and management information background, both in terms of required content, production processes and understanding what drives the numbers reported.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance & Banking

• Experience in Corporate and Commercial Banking for at least [06] years.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Team player and able to work independently with stakeholders/business partners

• Strong PC skills (especially MS excel and power point)
