Position Summary:
As a Website Performance Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the GoodNes program in Vietnam and manage other related brand’s websites. You will be responsible for delivering the accelerated roll-out of the digital platform locally, while driving consumer engagement across the Nestlé brand portfolio. You will be working closely with key stakeholders and development teams to evolve the product development roadmap, adding and evolving key platform features and functionalities based on a deep understanding of business requirements, consumer needs, and market value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the deployment of the product vision and strategy for the GoodNes program and other websites, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to shape key platform features, services, and roadmap based on a deep understanding of business requirements.
• Lead the accelerated roll-out of the GoodNes program in Vietnam, taking accountability for delivery in line with project plans and delivery dates.
• Act as the champion for the customer experience, ensuring optimal delivery of the experience vision and value creation for both end users and the business.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, features roadmap, and business requirements, aligned with the overall product strategy, vision, and goals based on evolving consumer and business needs.
• Propose the decisions on what features to include in each sprint or release cycle, based on the value they will deliver to consumers and the business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, executives, and other departments) on matters related to the GoodNes program and other websites.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners across all levels of the organization to ensure requirements are captured to inform the product roadmap.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, designers, marketers, and Global team) to ensure that the product meets customer needs.
• Continuously monitor platform performance, gathering feedback from consumers and stakeholders, leveraging data to drive decisions and prioritization of future enhancements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, emerging external trends, and new technologies that may impact the product’s future success.
• Demonstrate leadership and ownership of the product, inspiring others to share and contribute to the overall vision and goals.
Job requirements
• 5+ years of experience working in a digital and/or eCommerce/technology start-up environment.
• 5+ years of experience working in digital product manager roles, technical product management, feature development, enablement, and commercialization.
• Highly qualified and experienced with Agile Project Management delivery approach/practices.
• Experience driving outcomes in heavily matrixed and fast-paced environments.
• Bias for action with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams.
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills, ability to operate at all organization levels, interacting with both executive and technical/operational audiences.
• Strong experience, understanding, and ability to demonstrate a mindset of data-driven experimentation, design thinking, and continuous iteration.
• Demonstrate strong project management, budget management, and commercial grounding that will ensure the effective delivery of project plans.
