Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, inventory control, and the implementation of safety and quality standards. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, managing workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing raw material, tools….

• Ensure goods are stored and organized in a manner that minimizes damage and allows easy access.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control to avoid stock outs or overstocking.

• Ensure perform related transaction in SAP on time and accuracy

Staff Supervision:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse employees and ensure that they are completed within the designated timeframe.

• Provide training, guidance, and support to warehouse staff to enhance their performance and skills.

Inventory Control and Management:

• Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock rotation and prevent obsolete stock.

• Manage inventory reports, track product movements, and maintain proper documentation.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all warehouse operations are compliant with health and safety regulations.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, ensuring that all staff follow proper procedures.

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all relevant environmental and safety regulations.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and warehouse activities.

• Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and shipping schedules for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to warehousing and logistics.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
