Warehouse Manager

To organize and control all aspects of the raw material and finish good warehouse operations to the required company standards. The incumbent would be responsible for receiving of all type of raw materials, inventory control, finish goods dispatch and HSE part of warehouse.

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure team is trained & maintained on the EHS standards for all the jobs & processes

• Ensure team follows correct codes of practice, both statutory and advisory

• Regular site inspection and maintaining a training calendar for the team to improve the overall technical capabilities as well as maintaining good house keeping of the warehouses.

• Cost-effectively manage external contractors - seek to challenge their costs and performance to ensure cost-effective yet quality service

• Coordinate with direct reportees to maintain and administer all personnel records and systems relating to employees (excluding records of sickness, absenteeism and holidays etc)

• Maintain good report & interpersonal connect with all peers & senior stake holders in the business for effective management of the department

• Receiving raw materials quantity as per weighbridge weight and ensuring zero loss in inventory

• Issuing materials to production to ensure there is zero stoppage due to raw materials unavailability

• Setting up minimum inventory alerts to avoid materials stock out

• Generating waybills and invoices for each customer’s delivery for FG

• Keeping accurate and detailed records of all delivery transactions

• Reconciling customers accounts to be able to show exactly and accurately each customer’s account statement physically and in SAP

• To ensure that customer’s account statement in SAP agrees with the physical statement

• Ensure a smooth handover and takeover of FG stocks with production in alignment with quality daily basis

• Ensure that there is no discrepancy between SAP and physical delivery records at the end of each month

• Keep and circulate daily delivery report every morning on or before 8:30am daily

• Meet SKU wise targets for daily basis dispatches

• Ensure FIFO in FG stocks for dispatches

• Share daily evacuation report to the plant management

• 7-10 years of experience in handling warehousing experience.

• Competent communication in Business English is preferred.

• Computer skill: proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strongly prefer who have knowledge about SAP (System Application Programing) or have worked as a warehouse manager for an aquatic feed manufacturing factory.
