Warehouse Manager

1. Manage WH operation

• Daily review warehouse operation to and arrange manpower appropriately

• Daily checking production plan and shipment plan

• Daily manage inventory status with WH capacity

• Review and re-layout WH for maximize storage capacity

2. Manage shipment on time delivery

• On time delivery: 100%

• Daily review shipment plan and arrange loading and delivery timely

• Support subordinates to work with SCM, MFG, QA, Customers to solve arising issues

• Closely work with SCM for timely shipment plan

3. Manage carriers

• Monthly review carriers' performance

• Setting up clear KPI to evaluate carriers

• Update transportation market situation

• Make data for bidding

4. Logistics Cost Improvement

• Equip cost saving mindset to all subordinates

• Carry out improvement campaign

5. Report and Approval

• Review issue, prepare materials, evident and improvement plan for issue happened

• Make plan for headcount increasing/ decreasing base on shipment, production and inventory (PSI)

• Manage budget for consumable and investment

• Control OT, warehouse operation cost

• Approve for buying, payment request in system

• 8 to 15 years’ experience in warehouse field

• Solid experience in managing the sizable team

• Analytical and strategic thinking

• Strong customer mindset

• Proactive, detail-minded, and continuous improvement

• Sound negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, WH system

• Customs Clearance knowledge/experiences is an advantage
