Visual Designer

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our new, youth-focused product. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging and intuitive designs that resonate with the younger audience. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring innovative ideas to life. You will be responsible for creating compelling graphics, illustrations, and designs for web and mobile platforms that align with our brand and appeal to the young generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR TASKS

• Develop eye-catching and creative designs for mobile apps and landing pages. Daily

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure design consistency and effectiveness. Daily

• Develop prototypes and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users. Daily

• Create brand identities and illustrations to ensure consistency across all visual materials. Daily

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to youth culture and integrate them into your work. Daily

• Present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders for feedback and approval. Daily

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing eye-catching and creative designs, including hand-drawn illustrations.

• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in design.

• Strong attention to detail and think out of the box.

• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas effectively.
