VietnamWorks Business Assistant Intern

Sales Enablement team supports VietnamWorks’ business as the recruitment advertising division. It plays a crucial role in the growth of VietnamWorks' business, including business strategy planning, business management, competitor analysis, and consideration of new services.

As a Business Assistant Intern, you can gain a practical understanding of the essence of business, learn appropriate work methods, and grasp business concepts through supporting the operations of this team.

Assist project (30%)

One of the project is connecting universities for future cooperation. You will assist Head of Sales Enablement to proceed project smoothly.

• Contact with universities via email and phone

• Collect information for consideration of cooperation

• Making report

Creating report (30%)

• Update monitoring data and making report

(daily/weekly)

• Support to prepare internal meeting materials

• Research tasks related to business

Other tasks

• This team has marketing function. You will support some

tasks related to marketing

• Other tasks assigned by manager

• 4th year university student

• Good communication in English

• Experience in sales is plus

• Good communication skill with internal and external

• Can-do attitude and proactive

• Passion in learning business
