Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Edit & Post - production: Edit and assemble video content using professional editing software and equipment to enhance visual appeal

• Video Production: Shoot, direct, and capture high-quality video footage using cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, providing support as necessary

• Collab: Collaborate with the production team to maintain visual and audio consistency and quality throughout the editing process

• Conceptualization & storytelling: Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content in collaboration with the marketing and content teams

• Trend awareness: Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in video editing technologies and techniques

• Platform adaption: Adapt video content for various platforms, optimizing for social media, websites, and other digital channels, with a particular emphasis on understanding TikTok's nuances and trends

1. Education background requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of film/video research or a related field.

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role

• Proficient in using a range of video editing software and equipment: Adobe Premiere, After Effect, Capcut Pro, ....

• Strong understanding of storytelling and narrative structure

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset

• A portfolio showcasing previous work highlighting editing skills and storytelling prowess, with examples of content tailored for platforms such as TikTok
