About the role
The Quality Manager will oversee the company's quality management processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, improving systems, and maintaining product quality.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage quality management policies and procedures aligned with ISO standards.
• Monitor quality activities, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare quality reports.
• Address and resolve non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance and provide training as needed.
Job requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager.
• Expertise in ISO 9001/14001 and quality assurance tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, Vietnamese, and MS Office.
• Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
