[Urgent] Chief Accountant (Onboard Asap)

• Finalize all daily/monthly/yearly accounting records

• Supervise the Accounting team to complete full tasks of accounting report and management report, including related parties’ transaction reports;

• Final check and ensure all tax reports Monthly VAT, CIT, FCT in compliance with tax regulations; regularly reconcile book accounts with Tax Department and work with local tax office;

• Prepare and manage the company’s yearly budgets;

• Review company’s contracts to verify terms and conditions for the payment;

• Work with auditors to complete audited financial report;

• Cooperate with other teams/departments to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines;

• Review and recommend better approach to existing accounting procedures and accounting system;

• Other duties as assigned by Board of Directors.

**Education:

- BA degree or higher in tax accounting/ accounting/ finance/ auditing;

- Knowledge of VAS, tax laws and regulations in accordance with current regulations;

- Chief Accountant Certification is a must;

**Experience:

- At least 3 years as the Chief Accountant in an FDI company;

- Working experience in the IT field is a considerable factor;

- Experience in Tax inspection is a plus; experience in Korean companies is a plus;

- Excellent verbal and written English (Korean language is a big advantage).
