Accounting Procedures

· Compile financial reports and cash flows for management to ensure timely submission in accordance with policies & procedures.

· Check and confirm payment and related supporting documents to ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.

· Manage tax compilation and submission, ensure accurate tax obligation, including VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT, Household business tax.

· Liaison with related authorities such as Tax, State Bank. , with external parties such as audit, commercial banks, suppliers, customers related to accounting department (if any) ….

· Control E-Tax invoice and HHB tax ’s deductible documents.

· Control quarterly budget – actual report for Head Quarter including MKT & Sales Activity

· Manage the Account Receivable of the customers on the company store.

· Provide the Board of Management with the support on the operations and the advice regarding the accounting treatment, financial situation, and other legal regulations in Vietnam to run operation smoothly: Detect and address potential issues proactively to keep always maintain compliance as well as support the business strategy and requirements.

· Corporate with Consulting party to issue the Transfer Pricing Report at the end of year.

Team Management

· Interview, select and recruit team members

· Manage and oversee the entire accounting team

· Conduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise

· Constantly monitor team members performance, attitude and degree of professionalism

· Prepare detailed induction programs for new employees

· Develop, conduct and maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business

Other Responsibilities

· Be aware of the promotion scheme procedures

· Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

Requirement

- Gender: Any

- Educational background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance with Chief Accountant Certificate is a must

- Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail business or MLM business

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in management

• Experience in the international companies (preferably with the Russian origin) will be an advantage

• Extensive corporate and personal tax experience

- Skill:

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems

- Language:

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language (or the Russian language); the knowledge of the Russian language will be a great advantage.

- Competency:

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
