• Manage aftersales operations, covering service and spare parts for 4-wheel and 2-wheel products.
• Develop and execute aftersales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Lead and supervise a team of over 50 members, providing guidance and evaluating performance.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet company standards and objectives.
Job requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational requirement.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive or motorcycle service sector, especially in management positions.• Solid skills in customer service, team leadership, budget oversight, and technical support.• Competence in using Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
