Unit Head of Statistics & Analysis (ALM Center)

- Implement and ensure the accuracy of data and periodic reports sent to mobilization customers according to the terms of each contract.

- Analyze and make periodic internal reports on the capital mobilization situation, business results of the Center (including products, product categories, customers...) and KPI results of employees quarterly/yearly

- Coordinate with the Balance Sheet Management team to establish capital mobilization plans annually, every 6 months or when requested by the Board of Directors.

- Track transactions and calculate monthly fees to third parties.

- Recruit, manage and train all employees of Statistics & Analysis Unit

- Undertake other tasks assigned by ALM Center Director

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant areas

- At least 04 years’ experience working in Banking or Finance

- At least 02 years of experience in managerial position

- Excellent oral & written communication skills

- Good management and leadership skills

- Analytical skill and solving problem skills

- Time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other relevant reporting software

- Fluent in Vietnamese & English

- Understanding of banking procedure is a plus
