Main tasks
- Craft intuitive user interfaces aligned with platform-specific guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design) while maintaining a consistent cross-platform experience - Collaborate closely within our agile team structure, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and design reviews with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders - Translate complex business requirements and user scenarios into elegant, user-centered design solutions that drive measurable business outcomes - Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify market opportunities and optimize user interactions, supporting data-driven design decisions - Develop and maintaining comprehensive design documentation, including our design system, interaction patterns, and implementation guidelines - Drive design innovation through regular design explorations and concept development - Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints - Facilitate design workshops and user testing sessions to validate design solutions - Support marketing material design and implement others duty being assigned
Key performance index
Successful candidates must be creative, collaborative, and have clear logic, while completing high-quality work under tight deadlines. A designer portfolio is required

Professional requirement
• Proficiency in iOS Human Interface Design Guidelines and Google Material Design Guideline, with the ability to effectively apply them to interface design. Experience in consumer finance product design is preferred.
• Capable of creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, and efficiently communicating design ideas. • Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma. (Or Sketch, Zeplin, AdobeXD, Illustration,) Strong logical thinking and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with partners. • Clear logic, familiar with user research methodologies, or have experience conducting user research.
Most challenging and difficult parts
The designer needs to have the ability and experience in user insights, interaction, and UI design but will be supported by Taiwan team. Cross function/ region collaborations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of UI/UX or interaction design experience.
• Work experience in App startups, digital banking, or FinTech companies.
• Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.
• Scrum certificates a plus.
