NavigosSearch's client is a FDI manufacturing company in electronics urgently looking for QA Manager position with below responsibilities:

1.Quality Management System:

- Ensuring the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our company's Quality Management System (QMS).

- Serving as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, particularly regarding environmental hazards and UL certifications.

- Developing and managing internal quality systems that align with customer standards and company goals.

2. Quality Assurance:

- Maintaining and enhancing our quality assurance system.

- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all concerns and requirements.

- Experience:

+ Management Experience: Prior management experience is required. Candidates who are not currently in a Department Manager position but show high potential for this role are also considered.

+ Professional Experience: Experience in Quality Assurance (QA)/ QC is mandatory, Experience in FPC or electronics manufacturing or automotive industry is advantageous but not required.

- Foreign Language:

+ English: Proficiency in English is must, with a TOEIC score of 700 or higher. Can communicate in Japanese is a plus
