• Manage and lead the Custody & Operations Department:

o Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Custody and Operations department to ensure accurate and efficient securities transactions and asset custody.

o Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and requirements from regulatory authorities.

o Build and maintain good relationships with domestic and international partners, especially custodial banks, securities partners, and financial institutions.

• Manage operational systems and technology:

o Ensure that information technology systems effectively support custody operations and securities transactions.

o Participate in the design and improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

• Planning and reporting:

o Develop strategic plans to improve the Custody and Operations department's activities, including asset management and securities transactions.

o Prepare regular reports on custody, securities, and financial activities for the company's board of directors.

o Monitor and manage risks related to transactions and custody operations.

• Ensure legal compliance and regulations:

o Ensure that all custody and operational activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.

o Handle legal matters and resolve issues related to custody and securities operations.

• Training and team development:

o Manage, train, and develop the Custody and Operations team, ensuring that employees are up-to-date with necessary knowledge and skills.

1. Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

o Relevant certifications or qualifications in securities industry is a plus.

2. Experience:

o At least 5 years of experience in the securities industry, especially in roles related to operations and custody.

o Experience in team management, organizational work, and strategic planning.

o In-depth knowledge of securities regulations, custody processes, and transaction procedures.

3. Skills:

o Strong leadership and team management skills.

o Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

o Good communication and negotiation skills.

o Proficiency in English (especially for international transactions and reporting).

o Proficient in securities software and operational management tools.
