Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance in retail and on-premise channels.
• Collaborate with the BDEs to ensure alignment between trade marketing plans and sales objectives.
• Identify key opportunities for trade promotions, campaigns, and activations that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage the trade marketing budget effectively to optimize return on investment (ROI).
Channel Development & Support
• Lead the development and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional displays, and merchandising guidelines.
• Organize and plan TR promotions to align with Taproom Managers/ Area Operation Managers throughout the year, ensuring the timing and objectives align with both the brand and sales goals.
• Analyze performance metrics across channels and recommend improvements to maximize reach and impact.
• Drive initiatives to enhance relationships with trade partners, ensuring their active participation in marketing programs.
In-Store Execution and Visual Merchandising
• Ensure that product displays and in-store marketing materials are correctly implemented and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Often oversee the creation and placement of in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and signage to maximize visibility and encourage impulse buying.
Product Launch Support
• Support new product launches in the market by designing and executing trade marketing initiatives that help the product gain traction in Taprooms.
Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor trade marketing team members, guiding them to ensure their professional growth and successful project execution.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to maintain seamless communication and collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to inform trade marketing strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and campaigns, preparing detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
• Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on trade marketing performance and opportunities for improvement.
Market and Competitive Analysis
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, gaps, and new growth opportunities.
Event Management
• Plan and oversee trade-specific events, such as distributor launches, tastings, and promotional activities, aimed at driving sales and strengthening trade relationships.
• Coordinate with sales and trade partners to ensure effective execution and alignment with trade objectives.
• Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and ROI optimization.
Budget Management
• Manage the budget allocated to trade marketing activities and ensure efficient use of resources.
Support to Marketing Manager
• Act as a strategic partner to the Marketing Manager, contributing ideas and solutions for integrated marketing strategies.
• Take ownership of trade-related projects to ensure smooth execution and alignment with the overall marketing plan.
Other Tasks
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Gross Salary 20-25tr.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the F&B or beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of the craft beer industry, including distribution and retail trends.
• Proven ability to manage trade campaigns and foster strong relationships with trade partners.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
• Ability to interpret market data, sales reports, and consumer behavior trends to develop effective trade marketing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for building relationships with both internal teams (sales, product, and marketing) and external partners.
• Creativity: Ability to create engaging and effective promotions, campaigns, and visual merchandising that attract consumer attention and drive sales.
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making based on insights.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
