1. Responsibility:
- Upload local price on system, instruct contract team to reallocate future prices and confirm final price, commission to relatives.
- Update the latest data of Crush Position, Trade Slip, crush margin etc., before the market opening,
- Reconcile future position, cash position, accrual report, discrepancy between trading file and system, etc.
- Produce and distribute various of daily and monthly report such as JV report, OPN report, sale report, washout list, draft flash report, draft forecast file and planner file etc., effectively and on time.
- Sorted bean costing, summarizing data and working with traders to calculate transferred price for bean from crush to sorted bean or vice versa (if any).
- Market update and commentary on market trend to support for commercial and trading team to make better use of it for business operation and development.
- Cooperate with Commercial, Finance and Logistics to manage the contract conversion process, Commodities stocks and costing reconciliation, maintain reliable data in system, doing pricing.
- Analysis on any gap / differences between the standard / estimation / accrual and the actual on commercial and logistics costs (highlight the abnormal cases with reason / nature / root cause and propose the improvement (if any).
- Support to work with CS or customers on BAS trades if requested.
- Ad-hoc and reports upon request.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate major and above, with the major in Foreign Trade, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years corresponding position experience at multinational companies. Experience in trading company is an advantage.
- Knowledge on accounting and export/import is a plus.
- Fluent in English verbal, writing and reading.
- Fluent with MS. Office, especially Excel, proficient use of SAP.
- Good in logical thinking; Attention in detail.
- Willing to learn and positive attitude.
- Able to work under high pressure, independently, responsible, adaptability and proactive, .
- Flexible on working hours.
