Technology & Centralized Procurement Senior Director

We are seeking an innovative and strategic PROCUREMENT SENIOR DIRECTOR to centralize and lead procurement activities, with a strong focus on technology acquisition and optimization across diverse business units. This role will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and the adoption of advanced procurement solutions, aligning with Galaxy Holdings' mission of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement Leadership

- Develop and implement a centralized procurement strategy, focusing on leveraging advanced technologies across diverse business units

- Align procurement objectives with Galaxy Holdings’ digital transformation, banking, and payment goals.

- Optimize purchasing strategies to drive cost savings and enhance service delivery across all business units.

Technology-Focused Procurement

- Lead the evaluation, acquisition, and deployment of IT solutions, software platforms, and other technology-related assets.

- Implement cutting-edge procurement technologies such as AI-driven sourcing, e-procurement platforms, and advanced analytics.

- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with global technology providers, ensuring competitive pricing and innovation.

Operational Excellence and Standardization

- Centralize procurement activities to create a unified approach, reducing redundancy and increasing efficiency.

- Standardize procurement policies, tools, and processes to ensure consistency across all business operations.

- Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to drive informed procurement decisions.

Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and ethical standards in procurement activities.

- Mitigate risks by establishing a robust governance framework and conducting regular performance reviews of vendors and contracts.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

- Build and manage a high-performing procurement team with expertise in technology and strategic sourcing.

- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders across Galaxy Holdings to ensure alignment of procurement activities with operational needs.

- Communicate procurement strategy and results effectively to Galaxy Holdings' leadership team.

- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in procurement, with a strong emphasis on technology sourcing and centralized procurement models.

- Demonstrated success in implementing procurement technologies and optimizing supply chain processes.

- Proven track record of driving cost efficiencies and value creation in a tech-driven organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.

- Expertise in vendor negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation.

- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
