Technical Service/Project Engineer

Job Description as Project works:

• Site Management for mechanical & refractory work / fabrication work on workshop

• Inspection and Supervision for mechanical & refractory work / fabrication work on workshop

• Prepare method statement, Inspection and test plan, Site schedule for each level for mechanical & piping installation work / fabrication work on workshop

• Prepare Daily report, Weekly report, Monthly report, Check list, Inspection documents, As built drawings...

• Safety management, Quality control, Schedule control, Risk assessment.

• Honestly, quick learning, diligent, problem solving abilities, willing go to site often on northern and southern Viet Nam...

• Work independent as a leader of sub-con, setup daily meeting with consultant, owner, sub-con

• Having Supervise Installation certificate. Experience in EPC project.

• Any other works instructed by Directors and Managers

• The Technical Project Engineer will have the following duties / responsibilities:

– Assist Project Leader/ Project Manager to do following tasks but not limited to;

– Implement project in accordance with standards and safety regulation.

– Monitor situation of project to report project leader in order to deliver on-time, within scope and within budget;

– Taking lead on the delivery of work packages for projects and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required client specification and quality.

– Develop project scope with involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;

– Providing technical support for planning, programming, designing, procuring and final construction delivering of projects.

– Managing project information to ensure coordination across all disciplines.

– Ensure all resources to be used properly;

– Monitor change order and keep reporting to Project Leader/ Project Manager.

– Prepare weekly report to submit project leader/ Project Manager.

– Check and correct reports from project staff on daily basis;

Job description as Services works:

- Supervise installation for expansion joints, refractory works, mechanical works at site. Also, open positions in:

+ Equipment assembly: Mechanical assembly, piping construction

- Willing to travel to customers site within Vietnam, Asian countries and European countries.

+ Equipment installation: Expansion Joints, refractory works, mechanical works etc.

+ Support Service manager in daily works.

+ Support Sales Team in technical issues

Qualified Candidate:

• One who has the experience of supervising work at construction site is preferred.

• Site Management experience is preferred.

• Understand the Design and Construction Law of Vietnam, construction process and other related procedures for Design and Construction in Vietnam.

• Experience in joining Oil&Gas / Power Plant Projects in Viet Nam is preferred.

• Experience in Piping and Mechanical Supervisor, Site Manager.

• Willing to go oversea for training and working.

• Education background: University.

• Work license: Chứng chỉ nghề giám sát lắp đặt thiết bị hạng 1.2

• Gender: Male.

• Over 5 years experienced at similar position.

• Good English Communication.

• Auto CAD.

• Others: REVIT 2015, SAP 2000, Etab (If possible)

***Other preferred:
