Technical Documentation Executive

We are currently looking for a Technical Documentation Executive with below detail information:

• Lead and manage the technical regulation and certification processes for Switch Gear & Wiring Devices.

• Research and stay updated on technical regulations, standards, and certification requirements for electrical products (e.g., TCVN, IEC, GB, CR, CS, CCC).

• Work closely with certification bodies to ensure the compliance of products with relevant standards and regulations.

• Coordinate and manage the certification process for new products, ensuring all technical requirements are met before submission for certification.

• Oversee the renewal process for existing certifications and manage timelines and documentation for re-certification.

• Confirm technical compliance with regulations by collaborating with certification bodies, including verifying product structures and design against required standards.

• Review product specifications and performance to ensure alignment with certification criteria.

• Effectively manage project timelines, deadlines, and costs related to obtaining and maintaining product certifications.

• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external certification bodies on all matters related to product compliance.

• Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards and regulations, and lead initiatives to improve certification efficiency and processes

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical regulation and certification management for industrial products, particularly in the electrical or electronics sector.

• Strong knowledge of technical regulations and certification standards, including TCVN, IEC, GB, CR, CS, CCC, and other relevant frameworks.

• Expertise in managing the timelines, deadlines, and costs associated with obtaining certifications.

• Proven experience working with certification bodies to confirm technical compliance and obtaining necessary certifications.

• Knowledge of wiring device and switch gear product.

• Experience of certification work for new products.

• Experience in product evaluation and structure confirmation for technical regulatory compliance.
