Team Leader For USA/CANADA Lanes

1) Operation and customer service of nomination business from overseas agents including documentation, system data integrity and quotations;

2) Responsible for the customer service for the freehand cargo, and distribution and tracking of effective Sales Lead;

3) Working closely with outside sales and inside sales, develop the other business from the FOB suppliers (shipper) and middleman by good service;

4)Implement interaction plan among the branches by relying on the five major areas of overseas management system;

5)Good experience for nomination business development and maintenance. Be familiar with the local forwarding prices;

6)Obey and execute the job arrangements assigned by the region manager and make regular work result report. Keep good relationship with oversea agents and customers;

7)Regularly analyze the quantities of cargos and its costs in the region. Follow up the execution of the sales target;

8)Develop the new pattern of the business;

9)Manage the working condition of the staffs in the region. Handle the emergency situation;

10)Establish and improve the working team, enhancing the performance constantly;

11)Receiving oversea agent and customers independently and make good arrangement and schedule;

12)Other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

1)College degree or above is required;

2)3-year working experience and 2-year management experience in transportation, logistics or freight forwarding industry;

3)Be familiar with the oversea agent especially USA/CANADA ;

4)Be able to work under pressure;

5)Work with high sense of responsibility. Good ability of coordination and communication;

6)Fluent oral and written in English ;

7)Chinese speaking will be considered with priority;
