Team Leader

Customer service for Logistics and Freight Forwarding

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Saturday Morning: Work from home

Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities and optimize team efficiency

• Enhance operational activities in both Vietnam and international markets

• Build and maintain relationships with current customers

• Optimize vendor resources to improve logistics services

1. Age: 25-35 years

2. Gender: Male/Female

3. Experience: Proven experience in the logistics sector, familiarity with the shipping and logistics market, and access to quality vendor resources.

4. Language Skills:

o Vietnamese

o English or Chinese (strong listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills)

5. Character Traits:

o Responsible, quick learner, and proactive.

o Excellent ability to collaborate with Chinese teams.

6. Work Location: Copac Square, 12 Ton Dan Street, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.

7. Salary: Gross 17,000,000 -> 20,000,000 VND/month (based on qualifications and experience can be negotiable).

8. Role: Assist the manager in maintaining and improving business operations as a team leader.
