Teacher/ Tutor (IGCSE - AS & A Level - IB Diploma - AP)

Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Teachers to deliver exceptional teaching in a range of international curricula, including Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Level, IB, and AP. As a teacher at Times Edu, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their academic journey and preparing them for success in global examinations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons in line with the syllabus for Cambridge, IB, and AP programs.

• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that supports students’ academic growth and personal development.

• Assess and monitor student progress through regular assignments, projects, and tests.

• Provide personalized feedback and tailored support to help students overcome learning challenges.

• Prepare students for international examinations (IGCSE, A Levels, IB, AP) by guiding them in exam techniques and study strategies.

• Collaborate with the academic team to develop resources, lesson plans, and innovative teaching methods.

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students’ performance and areas for improvement.

• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.

Key Subjects

We are hiring for the following subjects across Cambridge, IB, and AP programs:

Cambridge IGCSE:

• English, Mathematics, Sciences, Business Studies, Computer Science, Art & Design, Global Perspectives

Cambridge AS & A Level:

• Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Psychology, Media Studies

IB (HL/SL):

• Mathematics (AA, AI), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Business Management, Economics, Global Politics, English Language & Literature

AP:

• Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Psychology, Calculus AB/BC, Chemistry, Computer Science

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area (Teaching certification is a plus).

• Proven experience teaching in one or more international curricula (Cambridge, IB, or AP).

• Strong command of English (native or near-native proficiency required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms is an advantage.
