Job description:

 Understanding of accounting, tax and commercial knowledge influencing Vietnamese tax and business transactions;

 Prepare and/or Review tax returns including Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), Value Added Tax (VAT), etc in conjunction with agreed timescales;

 Supports on drafting the advice via email/ letter to response to clients’ queries on tax related issues and other matters;

 Can allocate job to tax assistant, coach and provide tax assistant with proper guidelines;

 Can produce a well-supported piece of technical research;

 Assists with the production of tax reports and reviewing documents;

 Acts as one of contact points on specific projects/ clients under the Line managers’ appointment;

 Provide timely guidance and direct feedback and mentorship that contribute to the on-going development of the staff;

 Provide general support to clients in the provision of tax advice.

Required skills/experiences: Candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:

 Bachelor degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field;

 At least 2 years working experience as Tax Consultants and ACCA/Vietnamese or foreign CPA preferred;

 Good English skills in writing and speaking;

 Strong MS Excel skills required;

 Strong experience in staff and tax management;

 Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills;

 Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;

 Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment;

 Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude;

 Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines;
