Talent Acquisition Specialist - Recruiter For Canada Immigration Company (Freelancer, Full time, Contract)

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define job requirements and candidate profiles.

• Use various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the roles.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidates and recruitment processes.

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and industry partners.

• Provide updates and reports on recruitment activities and challenges to management.

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in industries such as investment, immigration, or banking.

• Proven experience in developing effective recruitment strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
