Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, candidate resource, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various roles. Additionally, this role will focus on enhancing our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Candidate Sourcing:
- Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle: Handle the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to conducting onboarding for positions across sales B2B, IT, back-office, and management roles.
- Headhunting: Use advanced headhunting techniques to identify and approach passive candidates for specialized and senior-level roles.
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best talent using diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong and dynamic talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
Employer Branding:
- Promote Employer Brand: Actively promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels such as social media, career events, and partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
- Enhance Visibility: Increase the company’s reputation and visibility within the industry to attract top-tier candidates.
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent acquisition from headhunting firm, multi-industry corporation.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for Technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
