• Collaborate closely with the respective Managers/Department Heads regarding the recruitment of all positions within the scope of management.
• Review and update the job descriptions for positions with the respective Managers/Department Heads within the scope of management to ensure that the job descriptions accurately reflect the work and requirements, and that the descriptions are approved by the relevant parties before the recruitment process begins.
• Create channels for sourcing talent to proactively recruit and select candidates (Internal referrals, Career website, Social media platforms, Career fairs / University talks / Vocational schools / Workforce centers, etc.)
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job summaries, job postings, resume screening, interviews, tests, reference checks, etc. Manage headcount plan.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and persuasion skills.
• Leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Ability to influence management and drive change.
• Proficient in English and office skills.
