Key objectives
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent across various positions within our organization
Job Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize various channels, including job boards and social media,
to identify and attract top talent. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current
and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments (if necessary) to
evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.
• Employer Branding and Relationship Building: Enhance the company's employer brand by
creating a positive candidate experience and fostering strong relationships with potential candidates.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their
recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support
throughout the hiring process to ensure timely and successful placements.
• Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics using available
company resources. Provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment process
and achieving hiring goals.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Job requirements
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 8 years of substantial experience managing end-to-end recruitment for Vietnam and other countries within Asia in a multinational organization.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with the ability to act swiftly and decisively to achieve optimal results.
• High ownership and actively seek out opportunities for improvement and change.
• Be resourceful, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
