Position Overview
OnPoint is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who excels in headhunting and has a deep understanding of the e-commerce and retail industries. In this role, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, optimize hiring processes, and position OnPoint as a preferred employer. This is a unique opportunity to shape the talent acquisition strategy in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
• Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-C-level roles in e-commerce and retail industries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
• Apply advanced headhunting techniques, leverage industry networks, and analyze market insights to attract top-tier passive candidates.
• Recruit across international markets, with a strong focus on neighboring countries and expatriate talent pools.
2. Collaboration with Stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define key role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing actionable insights on talent trends, market dynamics, and strategic hiring approaches.
• Facilitate smooth alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment goals are met effectively.
• Champion a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and streamlined processes.
• Oversee team workload and prioritize recruitment efforts to meet organizational deadlines and expectations.
3. Employer Branding & Project Management
• Elevate OnPoint’s employer branding through targeted campaigns, participation in industry events, and strategic university partnerships.
• Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other digital tools to optimize recruitment processes.
• Implement projects to enhance candidate experience, ensure diversity, and improve time-to-fill metrics.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives aimed at promoting the company as an employer of choice in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
4.Improving Recruiting Process:
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a streamlined and consistent approach.
• Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure that job descriptions are accurate and reflect organizational needs.
• Use data and analytics to track and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality).
• Drive process improvements, such as optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and enhancing communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
- Having around 7 – 10 years of experience at work and at least 3 years at the same level.
- Experience in high growth, fastmoving, technical environment
- Results-driven, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-learner
- Demonstrated ability to coach members to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation in English and Vietnamese.
