Talent Acquisition Intern

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and engaging top talents.

• Talent category: intern, Early career position.

• Talent Geographic: APAC

Employer branding, mainly for campus activities and engagement

Support strategic talent-mapping, and market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.

Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.

Support ADM Cares Project in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Education: Undergraduate or master's students who are interested in the Nutrition industry

Working Experience:

• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months full-time, a 6-month commitment is preferred.

• Outstanding academic achievements - Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever

Business Understanding:

• Social Media Experience

• Event management

Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills):

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English.
