Job description
REPORT TO: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Lead, SEA
FUNCTION: Business Services
WORKING TIME: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday (Flexible working time)
WORKING LOCATION: Empress Tower - 138-142 Hai Ba Trung, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
SCOPE OF WORK:
* Analysis offer for internal movement (lateral movement/promotion) via job requisition.
* Monitor and report updates about pre-employment requirements (background check, offer documentations, onboarding instructions,...).
* Support onboarding process for the hires for both non-core (white collar) and core (blue collar).
* Stakeholder management for both People Team and Hiring Managers.
Job requirements
* Attention to details, customer service focus.
* Good Vietnamese & English communication skills in both verbal & written.
* Proven stakeholder management skill.
* Experienced at least 6 months - 1 year of Onboarding, Admin, HR Systems, Data, Document, .... is a plus.
