1. Talent Acquisition
1.1. Recruitment:
o Manage the annual recruitment budget, including expenses for job postings, candidate sourcing, participation in domestic and international job fairs, referral bonuses, etc.
o Collaborate with Department Heads to maintain and improve recruitment processes, including developing question sets and trial teaching materials for teachers and staff.
o Screen candidate applications, contact potential candidates, and arrange interview schedules.
o Participate in interviews for all company positions using pre-designed questions. Provide feedback to Department Heads to refine interview questions, trial teaching materials, and candidate evaluation methods.
o Recommend salary proposals to the Head of HR based on the company’s salary scale, as well as the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
o Report recruitment status to the Head of HR on a regular basis or upon request.
1.2. Employee Branding
- Building the school's employer brand (work environment, culture, internal activities, etc.)
- Organizing communication activities on various social media platforms (especially recruitment channels targeting high-quality foreign teaching positions).
2. Coordinating team engagement activities
Organize and coordinate school-wide team-building activities such as Company Trips, Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, Year-End Parties, New Year Celebrations, activities within the Happy School Project, and clubs for Teachers and Staff, etc.
3. Admin tasks
o Handle procedures for preparing proposals/PRs/POs and payment requests for expenses related to the recruitment budget.
o Report periodically to the Head of HR on the utilization of the recruitment budget.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Educational Qualification & Working Experience
o University degree in economics, foreign trade, human resource management or equivalent.
o Excellent English communication.
o At least 5 years of experience in recruitment position, experience working in Education industry is an advantage.
2. Relevant Technical Skills
o Screening and interviewing skills.
o Ability to handle and solve problems quickly
o Effective communication skills and employee engagement
o Planning and time management skills
o Negotiation and relationship building skills
3. Individual Output:
o Apply the correct and sufficient recruitment processes.
o Have an open mind, always seek and propose new things in the job
o Ability to work independently in jobs that require autonomy and self-determination
