Job description
**Initial and ongoing:
• To learn about the place of CI and The state51 Music Group in the music industry in general
• To learn about the CI platform, from online resources and other members of the team directly
• To learn about CI’s sister company, The state Conspiracy, and how to support its partners
• To be in constant communication with the rest of the team through chat rooms during the working day, unless time zone issues make this impossible
• To learn, understand and abide by documented communication guidelines
• To learn and understand what an MCN is and how YouTube CMS works
**Once trained:
• To support clients use of the CI platform
• To support The state51 Conspiracy’s clients, including YouTube monetisation and ecommerce customer support
• To have a clear sense of CI’s responsibilities, and the ability to communicate this clearly and politely
• To think critically about our processes and to suggest possible improvements
Job requirements
**Qualifications:
• BA in English language or
• BA in Japanese/Chinese/Korean language with English proficiency at IELTS 6.5 minimum
**Other requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills and confident in use of desktop operating systems
• Confident in use of online tools such as chat programs, web browser
• Approachable and helpful manner
• General attention to detail with logical, systematic thinking
• Appreciation of music and good level of numeracy
