SUPPLY CHAIN MANGER (Food & Beverage)

Role:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the supply chain function, ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role involves leading the department to achieve annual strategic goals while maintaining collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Sourcing: Oversee key sourcing activities, procurement milestones, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Facilitate new product launches, limited-time offerings (LTO), product phase-outs, and transitions in collaboration with distributors and suppliers.

• Risk & Compliance Management: Conduct risk assessments for new products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., labeling, Halal, ingredient content).

• Forecasting & Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee forecasting systems to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

• Supply Chain Optimization: Design and implement an effective supply chain flow that supports both domestic and international operations.

• Supplier & Partner Management: Identify key industry partners, monitor category trends, and foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure steady supply and efficient lead times.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, forecasting accuracy, and cost variance to drive continuous improvement.

• Team Development & Training: Provide training and guidance to the team, ensuring their alignment with departmental goals and business strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum of five years in a supply chain management role with leadership experience. Strong Demand & Supply planning and Sourcing skill.

• Technical Skills: Expertise in supply chain management, logistics, strategic planning, risk management, and cost control.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; ability to multitask, lead teams, and adapt to urgent situations.
