Supply Chain Manager (New Company)

Our client, a newly set up company, is hiring Supply Chain Manager

*Note: On board after Tet holiday.

• Control and manage team together with project managers for achieve results in production planning, procurement, replenishment, logistics and warehouse scope

• Ensure the production planning process at high level and at the weekly/daily basis (scheduling)

• Manage the coverage production by direct and non-direct materials

• Develop and deploy inventory and warehousing performance

• Ensure logistics process (import, export and local)

• Procurement process support (global and local suppliers)

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for achieve the results.

• Suggest solutions for process improvements

• Providing regular communication and reporting to the leadership team to keep apprised of the status, development, success, and overall growth in company’s supply chain efficiency

• Manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Production/Operations/Logistics Management

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Logistics

• Skilled in budget preparation and fiscal management

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, procedures, and standard

• Skilled in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures

• Excellent leadership in building effective teams by creating an inspiring environment and challenging present for continuous growth and talent development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture strong relationships with different stakeholders.

• Strong ability in analytical thinking, teamwork, managing, solving problems, and negotiation skills with the drive for results

• Business fluent knowledge of English
