Our company is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join the team of Supply Chain Management team Upholstery & Special Orders in our Thao Dien office in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drive and own the relationship and communications with customers, mills/Tanneries and tier-1 vendor partners.
· Evaluate and review vendors’ performance regularly and independently. Determine areas of supply chain operations that require improvements
· Lead the demand & supply planning process. Monitor PO status, on-time delivery, demand vs. supply, vendors’ capacity, and customers’ forecasts.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively managing delivery schedule adjustments and maintaining continuous flow of supply to fulfil demand requirements.
· Escalate any constraints, bottlenecks, and issues before they become business critical.
· Manage customers’ supply chain-related queries and requests; translate customers’ forecasts into action throughout the supply chain.
· Analyze data to investigate problems, find root causes and drive corrective action plans to solve supply chain issues.
· Create, run, and ensure timely delivery of detailed analysis, execution plans and generate reports / presentations.
· Responsible for collecting and controlling master data from Mills / Tanneries and tier 1 vendor partners.
· Support ERP systems projects and handle other ad hoc tasks as they arise.
· Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external factory teams including but not limited to materials warehouse, incoming quality & factory procurement to ensure wholistic supply chain management.
· Ad-hoc support of SCM Team where required and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
Job requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar areas with strong analytical background.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in supply chain, order & PO management in manufacturing or trading companies.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills (pivot tables; PowerPivot; VBA preferred)
- Fluent, both written and verbally in English.
- Good command in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload
