Strategic Management Expert

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for summarizing, developing, organizing the implementation, monitoring, and supervising the execution of the Corporation's and its Units' strategies. The main task of this position is to ensure that the Corporation's and Units' strategies are developed and implemented effectively, while proposing necessary improvements and adjustments.

• Report and propose to the Department's Leadership on the strategic management of the Corporation and its Units; take primary and direct responsibility for implementing strategic management tasks, specifically:

o Strategy Development:

 Organize and guide the development of Unit Development Strategies and Functional Strategies.

 Conduct research and analysis to propose strategies that align with the Corporation's goals and vision; research, evaluate, and appraise Unit Development Strategies for submission to competent authorities for approval.

o Strategy Implementation:

 Plan and manage the strategy implementation process, ensuring consistency and timely execution of strategic projects to achieve goals.

 Organize and conduct workshops and training programs to ensure understanding and active participation from relevant employee teams.

o Liaison and Consulting:

 Interact closely with Leadership levels, Functional Departments, and Units during the development and implementation of the company's overall strategy, ensuring consensus and strategy execution.

 Provide strategic advice and support to Leadership levels, Units, and Functional Departments.

o Reporting, Evaluation, and Optimization:

 Monitor and evaluate the performance of the implemented strategy, propose improvements and adjustments based on strategic evaluation and implementation results when necessary.

 Develop and implement measures to optimize strategic effectiveness.

 Prepare and present strategic reports to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.

o Other Responsibilities:

 Maintain information confidentiality in accordance with legal regulations.

 Continuously improve professional skills and maintain professional ethics.

 Perform other tasks as directed by the Department/Division Leadership, as appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics, Business Strategy, or equivalent.

• 10 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in developing and implementing corporate strategies; researching, developing, and consulting on strategies and sustainable development reports, preferably in a similar industry.

• Fluent in English both verbal and written.

• Minimum MOS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent office computer skills certification.

• Problem-solving skills, independent and teamwork skills, presentation skills, planning and organizational skills.

• Good communication and consulting skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively when advising and supporting Leadership and 1 other employees on strategy.

• Solid understanding of the strategic planning and implementation process.

• Ability and knowledge to assess market trends, competition, and factors affecting the business, thereby analyzing business and market data to contribute and provide strategic proposals.

• Proficient use of data analysis and statistical methods to support strategic decision-making.

• Proficient use of tools and software to support strategic management.
