1. Carry out legal administrative procedures related to the company’s foreign workers (work permits, temporary residence cards, etc.).
2. Prepare related procedures for foreign guests/Vietnamese employees on business trips abroad: visas, plane tickets, hotels, transportation, etc.
3. Manage vehicles for company employees and foreigners; manage apartments and related services for foreigners (schools, hospitals, etc.).
4. Perform receptionist duties, welcome guests, manage meeting room equipment, organize events, and conduct annual gift-giving events.
5. Manage economic contracts, official documents, and decisions.
6. Manage office supplies, photocopiers, telephones, etc.
7. Handle procedures for changes to the company’s legal documents (Investment licenses, Business certificates).
Yêu cầu công việc
*Requirements:
-Number of recruitment: 01 person
- Male or Female.
- University graduation, degree in foreign language, tourist, economics, foreign trade, commerce
- Proficiency in English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or higher (including the speaking test), or an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Knowledge and skills in office management and legal knowledge related to administrative procedures and regulations concerning foreign labor.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Quick, honest, resourceful, and capable of organizing and arranging tasks efficiently.
- Hardworking and able to handle pressure.
* Benefits
+ The employees can go to work after passing the recruitment round
+ When entering to the company, the employees shall be signed the two-month probation contract with the company. If the employees pass the probation time, the employees shall be signed the first 12-month definite labor contract with the company.
+ Negotiated salary. Beside the basic salary, the employees shall receive other allowances regulated by the company.
+ Working time: 48 hours/ week. The rest time is regulated by the Laws and the company
+ Deliver full PPE as job requirement
+ Salary increment, bonus and other benefits as the company’s regulation.
+ Social, medical and unemployment insurance contribution

Remark:
- Forced, bonded (including debt bondage) or indentured labor, involuntary prison labor, slavery or trafficking of persons shall not be used.
- Candidates do not have to pay any fees when apply the company
