Speicalist For Law Label Of Household Product

Key Responsibilities:

Verify the quality standards and regulations for household items (such as cooking tools, tableware, and cleaning products), furniture (including wooden pieces, sofas, and storage solutions), fabric (like curtains, towels, and cushions/pillows), and personal care products (cosmetics and skincare items) in each ASEAN country. Organize quality inspection in accordance with these standards and develop and validate the content of user manuals and quality labels.

*The main duties are as follows:

1) Investigate the quality standards and regulations for each product in each ASEAN country

2) Prepare initial drafts for instruction manuals, price tags, and quality labels that comply with each country's laws and regulations

3) Check the contents of instruction manuals, price tags, and quality labels from a QA perspective

4) Coordinate with the Tokyo headquarters or each ASEAN country office regarding the above contents.

Required Qualifications:

1) An expert in quality standards and legal regulations in Vietnam and other ASEAN countries, or is familiar with the contact points for each country

2) Be able to achieve goals and solve problems by coordinating and negotiating with the Tokyo head office and other oversea offices as necessary

3) Strong commitment to executing work and taking leadership based on team play

4) Strong commitment to working in long term with company

5) Nationality: welcome all nationality

6) Age: in the 30s to early 40s

Skill and experience:

1) Ability to operate basic PCs (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet) without problems

2) Experience in inspection or quality assurance (QA) at an inspection agency, manufacturer, trading company, retailer, etc. Must have experience in dealing with household goods, furniture, fabrics, cosmetics and care products

3) Business level of Japanese or English

Benefits:

• Salary: up to USD3,000

• Allowance: Fuel, Meal’s Monthly Allowance
