Spare Parts & Accessories Marketing Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Spare Parts & Accessories Marketing Supervisor for the Asia-Pacific region will lead marketing initiatives to boost awareness, drive demand, and increase sales for spare parts and accessories across the region. This role focuses on understanding the unique needs of each market, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging. The supervisor will work closely with regional sales and marketing teams, distributors, and APAC marketing team to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the spare parts and accessories segment.
• Work closely with our subsidiaries and our importers to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
2. Brand Management & Promotion
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
• Coordinate promotional activities, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and drive demand.
• Collaborate with APAC and countries marketing team to develop marketing collateral, including product catalogs, brochures, and online content.
3. Digital Marketing & eCommerce
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to promote spare parts and accessories.
• Monitor online customer engagement, respond to inquiries, and optimize digital campaigns based on performance metrics.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and report on the effectiveness of each initiative closely with our marketing subsidiaries team and APAC marketing team
• Provide regular reports to the management referring to KPIs
Yêu cầu công việc
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in marketing, preferably in automotive, spare parts & accessories, or related fields, with experience in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Fluent in English
• Problem solving skills
• Proactive, teamwork, can-do attitude and willing to learn and attention to details
