South Region Senior Clinical Application Executive
Job description
1. Clinical Application
- Schedule daily visits and meetings with potential clients in assigned territories to understand their needs, including their current systems, demands, and budgets.
- Cultivate and maintain close relationships with clients for future sales opportunities.
- Deliver effective presentations, demonstrations, and on-patient demonstrations (OPD) to create new sales opportunities.
- Verify the prospect information in order to maintain accurate records in the Salesforce system.
- Provide configuration consulting to customers based on their demands.
- Support distributors with technical responses, product-related issues, and tender processes.
- Conduct product, procedure, and soft skill training with distributors.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management department to ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
- Collaborate with distributors to address user demands, complaints, and objections.
- Gather feedback from customers and share it with internal teams and distributors.
2. Business management
- Continuously review Key Account Management (KAM) results in the assigned territory. Renew target HP (High Potential) accounts in a timely manner and implement effective tactics to achieve targets.
- Optimize efficiency and effectiveness for demo assets, minimizing overdue items.
3. Market research
- Work closely with the marketing department and Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to understand the market and potential clients.
- Analyze competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, and competitors’ activities. Provide relevant information to Line Managers for timely decision-making.
4. Regional business expansion
- Support line managers to collaborate with the distributors in the assigned territory to strengthen the salesforce, expand the market, and enhance clinical support activities.
5. Marketing support
- Assist doctors in understanding product usage during congress, workshops and other events.
- Address customer requests related to products during events.
- Provide strategic support to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key societies.
6. Training
- Not only doing one's own work, but also actively give advices and guidance to juniors.
7. Others
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Indepth knowledge of medical device market (preferrable Endoscopy or/and Laparoscopy)
- More than 3 years of experience in medical device industy is preferred
- Time management skill
- Communication skill
- Basic management skill
- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC 700)
- Computer's skill (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
- Build for the Future, deliver results, lead self
- Locate in HCM but frequent business trips in other areas
