Solution Technical Engineer

Solution Design:

- Analyze customer requirements and business challenges to design technical solutions that meet their needs.

- Develop detailed specifications and system structures.

- Customize and configure solutions based on the unique needs of each customer.

- Implement necessary technical specifications to ensure correct solution deployment.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Develop and execute testing plans to ensure solutions meet all technical and functional requirements.

- Identify and fix bugs or issues during the testing phase, ensuring high quality in the final solution delivery.

Implementation and Execution:

- Supervise the technical solution deployment process, ensuring quality control.

- Provide post-implementation support and training to ensure customers can effectively use the solution.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design, test results, user manuals, and support materials.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the solutions provided.

- Provide feedback and suggest improvements for future solutions.

Skills:

- Knowledge of material properties and applications.

- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and materials testing techniques.

- Familiarity with material standards.

- Strong knowledge of system architecture and system development.

- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborative skills to work across teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering

or a related field.

- Over 01 year experience in material testing, quality assurance, material development, solution design, development, and deployment, preferably in a related industry.

- Basic skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software are an advantage.

- Relevant certifications in material testing or quality management are a plus.

Work Environment:

- Work in a laboratory or industrial setting, with possible field visits to construction sites or production facilities.

- May require travel to supplier sites or project locations.
