About the role

We are currently seeking a skilled Corporate Software Tester for our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out thorough evaluations and verifications of our software programs, systems, and applications, excluding security testing. Through rigorous examination, the ideal applicant will anticipate and mitigate issues before software roll-out.

Key responsibilities

1. Analysis of software functionalities and user requirements to create efficient test cases.

2. Design, develop and execute manual and automated tests in an agile environment.

3. Document and report any defects identified during testing.

4. Collaborate closely with team of software developers to ensure all errors are resolved.

5. Assist in software and applications enhancements, patches or new systems roll-out to ensure smooth implementations.

6. Participate in review of software design, use cases and related documents.

7. Evaluate and test new program modifications to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in software testing, corporate applications preferred.

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.

• Familiar with various databases, servers, and understanding of programming languages.

• Keen learner, eager to keep up with the latest test tools and strategies.
