SMT Training Engineer

- Manage and control machines, equipment, tool jig in Training room and Showroom at good condition.

- Together with leader perform Training team with main task:

• Make training history and record.

• Make training plan and follow up.

• Arrange and conduct training to members/ Customers in Technical Skills Training Course.

• Arrange and follow up members in Soft Skill Training Course by HR.

• Build up Training SOP and Database.

• Build up Evaluation Engineer Skills System (EG).

- Together with leader perform building SOP in whole PAD operation with main task:

• Making and updating SOP (Be advised by Manager, HOD)

• Conduct training to members.

- Windows person to contact with Singapore / Japan side to follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer’ requirements.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.

- Experience of technical field about maintenance and repairing Panasonic SMT equipment.

- Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic skills.

- Able to work independently and work under high pressure.

- Service mind characteristic.

- Good at negotiation / communication / reporting / training skills is must.

- Good at process and making SOP/ job management.

- Computer proficiency including software relevant applications.
