Job description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily customer call monitoring from call log in system till problem fixed
• Get involve on checking step for new machine installation
• Monitoring monthly maintenance, assign technician to meet target
• Assign technician and manage them from assigning till task closed
• Daily task report
• Customer bad debt follow up by setting/remove note on system
• Get approval from management for back up consumable in case needed
• Create consumable order
• Send quotation, monitor and confirm payment for some cases
• Assist Manager and General Manager for all requests
Job requirements
• University degree or equivalent qualification
• No requirement for experience, but knowledge on related job is advantage
• Good in Excel, and office application
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Good at English
• Organized, reliable, self-motivated and confidence personality
• Good at Interpersonal communication
