We are looking for candidates for a Senior Temporary Customs Operations Executive in 7 months with key activities as below:
- Preparing documents for clients' shipments (both sea & air, inbound & outbound).
- Regularly updating customs clearance status to customers.
- Preparing & following up the weekly, monthly required report with various customers (internal & externals)
- Contact to the customers for required documents if missing regarding to incoming shipments.
- Liaising with the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from customers' site (export shipments), or deliver the cargoes to consignees' address (import shipments).
- Support to other team members in solving issues/ problems relates to customs clearance process and trucking arrangement
- Advising customers on the matters related to customs formalities.
- Aligned with head of department for solving any issues / problems arisen.
- Coordinating with the customer and Customs & Transportation dept. to ensure that the shipments are cleared smoothly & timely.

REQUIREMENTS:
- College graduated or above with major of International Business, Import - Export or related major
- At least 04 years experience in documentation of customs clearance at HCM ports & airport.
- Good English skills
- Experience in documentation of customs clearance for both import/export.
- Know well and familiar with ECUS / VNACCS for E-customs.
- Intermediate English level with good skills at writing and basic communication
- Experience in handling works for varies kind of goods.
- Honest, responsible, able to work under stress.
- Good communication with customers.
- Good sense of customer needs - is interested in finding the best solution for the customer.
- Having Customs Brokerage Certificate is a plus
