KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a teammate to join our Talent Acquisition Team at a fast-growing startup. Your focus will be on recruiting IT roles while supporting non-technical positions.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. You'll establish and partner closely with hiring managers to assess candidates' fit with the company’s culture and competencies. Additionally, you'll help prepare recruitment reports and related documentation to support the hiring process:
• Deliver an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience.
• Source and recruit talent for key technical roles such as Java Developers, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Testers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Business Analysts and more.
• Create, review, and post job descriptions for technical roles on relevant platforms.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through both direct and indirect sourcing methods, especially for high-demand tech roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and suitability.
• Stay updated and aware of salary benchmarks and market trends for technical roles in Vietnam to ensure competitive offers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly hiring managers in technical departments.
• Occasionally support recruitment for non-technical and leadership positions.
***Additional Responsibilities:
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Assist in following up with new hires and their hiring managers during the probation period to maximize success and ensure alignment with expectations.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record in hiring Tech and Non-Tech roles.
• Previous experience in working in agency, e-commerce, BPO, or retail is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skill in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective negotiation skills
• Good sense of accountability and result oriented mindset
